Use catalogue and performance questions to find where to investigate next. Ask for a defined group of products and a clear comparison, then open the results in My Stores to verify the details.
Ask a focused question
Open Sprintr AI.
Name the store if you have more than one connected account.
Specify the period and metric you care about, such as recorded sales, revenue, margin, stock or SEO.
Ask for a manageable result, such as the five products needing attention first.
Review the returned products, dates and data limitations. Ask a follow-up when the comparison needs more context.
Examples to adapt
“For Homewarem, show my top and bottom performing products this month and state the period used.”
“Which products have low or no stock? Show the store and available stock figure.”
“Which listings need the most SEO improvement? Give me five to inspect first.”
“Which products are below their target margin? Explain the recorded costs behind the result.”
“Compare these two products using the sales history you actually have.”
Optimise the listings in an SEO answer
When an answer includes SEO listing cards and an Optimise the listings above button, you can open those products together in Listing Optimiser. You need a connected store with synced listings.
Check the product names and stores on the listing cards. The group contains only the cards shown in that response, up to ten listings. A “more listings” message refers to other matches outside that group.
Select Optimise the listings above to open that group. For one product, use Optimise on its card instead.
In Listing Optimiser, check the products under Your listings before configuring copy or media. Each listing keeps its own settings and review choices.
Review the credit estimate before generating. Check the results before publishing or scheduling, or use Save for later to return to the workspace.
The button opens the cards shown above it. Additional matches are available in My Stores.
Opening the optimiser does not generate content or publish changes to your store. See Save and resume listing optimisation workspaces for the full workflow.
If the button is unavailable: the answer may not contain a supported group of SEO listing cards. Open My Stores to find the products, or choose Optimise Listings → Start New Optimisation → Listing Optimiser to select a group yourself.
If you see “Could not open Listing Optimiser”: read the error, check your connection and retry. Wait while the button shows that the workspace is opening before trying again.
Use the answer as a starting point
A high-revenue product may not have the best margin, and a missing value is different from zero. Open the named product and inspect the relevant tab before making a decision. Check costs and target assignment for profit questions, and check the sync and analysis date for content or pricing questions.
If the requested history is unavailable
Ask which period Sprintr can verify and use that period for the comparison. A recently connected store may not have a complete six-month history. Do not combine figures from different available periods as though they were the same measure.
If the result covers the wrong scope
Restate the store, product and date range. For similarly named products, include the platform or product identifier shown in the workspace. Start a new conversation when you want to keep a separate comparison clear.
