Manage store connections and preferences

Check syncing and set the market and competitor context for each connected store.

Open your account menu and select Stores to manage connections and store-specific analysis preferences.

Check the connection

Each connected store shows its platform, connection status, listing count and available sync information. Check the last sync and next full sync when a product or figure appears outdated. Open My Stores to inspect the synced catalogue.

Use sync information to distinguish an outdated import from a product assessment that needs more data.

Edit the analysis preferences

  1. Select Edit store preferences for the store.

  2. Under Country, choose where you mainly sell your products. Country is required and is used to find competitor prices and market trends.

  3. Review preferred competitor brands and the offered marketplace sources.

  4. Choose the default comparison approach: Auto-detect per listing, Same product or Similar products. You can review a product-specific comparison in its Pricing tab.

  5. Review the offered price endings and stock-level analysis setting.

  6. Select Save changes when the preferences are correct.

In step 2, choose where you mainly sell. Country is required; the United Kingdom selection here is an example.

Understand what preferences change

Same-product comparisons aim to compare the matching product, while similar-products comparisons look at comparable alternatives. Price endings guide eligible recommendations. Saving preferences does not itself publish a new product price; review the product’s recommendation before applying it.

Add or remove a connection

Use Add Another Store or the relevant platform’s Connect Store control to add a connection. Before using Delete Store, read the confirmation and check that it is the intended store. Removing a connection stops its syncing; it is different from deleting products in your marketplace admin.

If data still looks wrong

Check that you are viewing the correct store and product, then compare the sync time with the change made in the platform. If the discrepancy remains after syncing, contact support with the store, product and affected field. Reconnect when the app identifies an expired or broken authorisation.
