Understand your free trial and plan options

Check your trial dates, compare plans and review the terms before upgrading.

Sprintr offers a 30-day introductory free trial for new accounts. Use it to connect your store, inspect familiar products and try the workflows that matter to your business. Check the plan and dates shown in your account for your own offer.

Make good use of the trial

  1. Connect your store and check that its products have synced.

  2. Review your competitor preferences, goals, costs and margin settings.

  3. Inspect a product’s Pricing, Profit, Content & SEO and Market tabs.

  4. Prepare and review a small optimisation before applying the approach to a larger group.

  5. Check the generation credit estimate and your allowance before creating images or videos.

Compare plan options

Open your account menu, choose Billing, open Plan & invoices, then select Manage subscription. Compare the listing limits, included credits, features, price and billing period shown for each plan. Use the current plan screen for allowances and prices rather than assuming that another account or an older screenshot has the same terms.

Before accepting a paid plan

Review the checkout or platform billing confirmation, including the amount, billing period, any promotional period and the next payment date. Complete the confirmation only when those terms fit what you intend to buy. Follow the billing provider’s flow if your subscription is managed through a connected platform.

Check what happens at the end

The account’s plan and trial details show the applicable end date and limits. If you have accepted a paid subscription or a paid-plan promotional offer, check Billing for the next payment and cancellation terms. Do not assume that a free introductory account and a separately accepted paid subscription have the same billing outcome.

If an option or allowance differs

Check your current plan and any account-specific offer. If the displayed dates or limits are unclear, contact support before completing a paid change. Include the plan name and the message you see.
