Account: Profile, Security and Subscription

Explains Sprintr’s Account area, including how to manage profile details and email addresses, update password and review active devices in Security, and view your subscription summary with links to plan changes, billing history and cancellation.

The Account area is where you manage your personal account details and security, and review your subscription at a high level. You can access it from Manage Account in Settings.



Profile (profile details)

Use Profile to view and manage your account identity details.

You can typically:

  • View your name and profile information

  • View your primary email address

  • Add an email address (for example, to keep billing and login emails separate)


Security (password and devices)

Use Security to manage access to your account.

You can:

  • Update password

  • Review active devices/sessions (so you can spot anything unexpected)

  • Delete account (if available for your plan/permissions)

Tip: If you don’t recognise a device, update your password immediately.


Subscription (plan summary)

The Subscription section shows a summary of your current plan, including:

  • Current plan name

  • Billing cadence/price (e.g. annual price)

  • Next payment date

  • A list of plan features included

You can also access key actions such as:

  • Change plan

  • Billing history

  • Cancel subscription
