Why is there no recommended price?
Sprintr needs usable current evidence. Check the explanation in the Pricing tab, the available competitor set and recorded costs. A recommendation can be unavailable while the assessment updates or when the evidence is insufficient. A dash is different from a recommendation of zero.
Why do some matched competitors not count in the assessment?
The matched set and the prices used are different counts. Products can be excluded by selection or because their price is unsuitable for the current comparison. Check the count of prices used and the individual competitor status before interpreting the band.
What if the competitors are the wrong type of product?
Review the same-product or similar-products comparison, competitor settings and store preferences. Inspect the actual products and price basis. Use Advanced Selection where available to adjust the set rather than judging suitability from the average alone.
Does a higher recommended price guarantee more profit or sales?
The projected margin depends on recorded costs and the proposed price; it is not a sales guarantee. Check the competitor band, break-even point and target floor, then decide whether the price suits your product and business.
Why does the price review distinguish regular and sale price?
The price-update dialog lets you inspect the fields separately. Pricing scores use regular prices. Read the sale-price notice carefully: leaving sale price empty can remove an active sale when you apply the update.
Why has my score not changed after editing a draft?
A prepared or generated suggestion is not a published price change. Check that you completed the price-update confirmation, inspect the live store and check the assessment date. Contact support if the current price and completed assessment still disagree.
