Why is a copy field missing?
The available fields follow the connected platform. For example, WooCommerce offers a short description, while other platforms have different supported fields. Check the platform label in Listing Optimiser before comparing it with another store.
Does Auto Saved mean my changes are live?
No. It refers to the optimisation draft. Select the changes you want, save required field choices, review the final scope and complete publishing or scheduling. Check the live store afterwards.
Why is Review & Publish unavailable?
Check that you have selected a copy or media change. If copy choices are unsaved, select Save Copy Choices. For metadata, save the image’s choices. For generated media, accept the result you want to include.
Why do captions or descriptions need a manual update?
Not every platform supports automatic publishing for every media field. WooCommerce caption and description suggestions have a manual-update notice: copy the text into the image’s fields in your store admin. Follow the notice for the field you are changing.
Why is image or video generation blocked?
Check the credit estimate, remaining balance, PAYG setting and monthly budget cap in Billing. Read any payment or generation error. Additional generation or regeneration can use more credits even if you do not ultimately publish that result.
Does a higher SEO score guarantee a better search position?
No. It assesses the content Sprintr can inspect. Search position, traffic and sales depend on other factors too. Improve clarity, completeness and product accuracy rather than repeating keywords to pursue a score.
What should I check before accepting AI content?
Verify materials, dimensions, pack size, compatibility, prices, offers and policy claims. Inspect images and videos for altered product details or misleading accessories. Keep the current field or edit the suggestion when the result is unsuitable.
