Understand connected data and privacy

Know what supports Sprintr’s features and where to find the full privacy information.

Sprintr uses information from your account, connected stores and interactions to provide the service. This guide explains the practical relationship between that data and the features you use. Read our Privacy Policy for the full terms.

What connected store data supports

  • Products, prices and inventory: support the catalogue and product assessments.

  • Available order and transaction data: support sales and revenue context. History coverage can differ by platform and connection.

  • Product descriptions, images and supported fields: provide the starting point for content assessment and optimisation.

  • Prompts, supplied guidance and generated results: support AI conversations and prepared changes.

You choose the stores you connect and review the platform’s requested authorisation. Available data and update capabilities depend on that connection and platform. A missing assessment or historical total can mean there is insufficient verified data; it does not necessarily mean the value is zero.

What happens when you make changes

Generating suggestions prepares content for review. Publishing or confirming another store update sends the selected changes through the supported connection. Some fields or media require a manual update in the store admin; Sprintr shows a notice when that applies. Supported unit-cost syncing can also send your Sprintr edits back to the store.

Privacy, AI processing and retention

Our Privacy Policy explains collection, service-provider processing, AI interactions, retention, international transfers and your rights. It states that we do not sell personal data or train public AI models using your business data. It also explains that prompts and responses can be stored or logged to deliver the service and support troubleshooting. Review the policy for the full details rather than assuming that no data is retained or processed by service providers.

Disconnecting and making a request

Manage the connection from Stores, and review the selling platform’s own app-access controls where applicable. Disconnecting stops further syncing; it is not a promise that every account or transaction record is immediately deleted. For privacy questions or a data-rights request, email [email protected].
