Understand the product header

Read the product’s price, stock, sales, revenue and margin before making changes.

The header keeps the product’s main figures visible as you move between its tabs. Check it first to confirm that you are working on the correct listing and store.

What the header shows

  • Product name and store: identify the listing and its connected store.

  • Product image: select the image to inspect it; use the next-image control to browse available images.

  • Price: the current price shown for the product. Variant listings may display additional variant information.

  • Stock: the inventory figure available to Sprintr.

  • Last month’s sales and revenue: recent performance shown for the listing.

  • Margin: the current margin based on recorded costs and the store’s selected calculation type.

  • Status: the listing status synced into Sprintr. Confirm the product’s publication and storefront visibility in your selling platform’s admin when you need to check whether customers can see it.

Check the product and store first, then use the figures as context for the assessment.

Why a six-month figure may be unavailable

Sprintr needs enough synced order history to confirm a six-month total. If the header says No 6 month sales data, open the nearby information control to check the explanation. A recent store connection can have useful recent sales without a complete six-month history; do not treat the missing total as zero sales.

Read margin with its settings

The margin depends on the costs Sprintr has recorded and whether the store uses gross or contribution margin. Missing costs can make a product look more profitable than it is. Open Profit to inspect the breakdown and target source before acting.

If a figure looks wrong

Confirm the listing and store, check the store’s last sync time, and inspect the underlying price or cost in its relevant tab. Contact support if the connected platform and Sprintr still disagree after syncing; include the product and the specific figure.
