Organise reusable assets and brand guidance

Keep product images, reference photos, brand voice notes and style guides ready for optimisation.

Asset Manager holds the images and brand guidance you want to reuse across products. Add clear names, types and tags so you can find the right reference when preparing copy or media.

Find an asset

  1. Open Asset Manager from the main navigation. On a phone, choose More, then Asset Manager.

  2. Search by asset name or tag.

  3. Use filters for Asset Type, Source, Store Association or tags.

  4. Open the asset to inspect its details. Use Clear All when you want to remove the filters.

Filter the library to find the reference or guidance relevant to your current product.

Add an image

  1. Select Add New Image, or use the Quick Upload area.

  2. Choose the file. The upload form lists supported formats.

  3. Give it a descriptive Asset Name and choose an Asset Type, such as Product Image, Lifestyle Image or Logo.

  4. Link it to a store if appropriate, and add useful tags.

  5. Select Upload asset. Check the saved item in the library.

Use images you are entitled to use. For product references, prefer a clear view that represents the actual product, colour and variant.

Create brand voice guidance for copy

  1. Select Add Brand Voice Note.

  2. Write the tone, preferred wording, words to avoid and factual boundaries. You can also attach a PDF within the limit shown.

  3. Alternatively, choose a connected store and select Generate from this store. Sprintr uses your synced listing titles, descriptions and photos to prepare a starting point. Review and edit the result before saving, and add any brand guidance the listings do not cover. This store read uses no credits.

  4. Name the note, add a store association or tags if helpful, and select Save note.

Generate a starting point from a connected store, then review and edit it. You can also add a PDF or write your own guidance before saving.

Create visual guidance for images and video

  1. Select Add Style Guide.

  2. Choose Upload new photo or Use existing image.

  3. Choose a reference that demonstrates the look you want. Allow style analysis to finish, then review and amend the extracted style information.

  4. Give the guide a useful name, add a store association or tags where helpful, and select Save style guide. Select the saved guide under Brand & Style guide in a media brief.

Add Style Guide form with Upload new photo and Use existing image tabs. Callout 2 identifies the source selection.

In step 2, choose an upload or an existing library image. The guide can be saved after its reference has been analysed and reviewed.

A visual style reference guides the look of the output. It does not replace a clear primary reference for the product itself. For copy, use brand voice notes; for product-specific facts, use the current optimisation brief.

Use the library in a workflow

Select Add from library inside the Listing Optimiser or Bulk Optimisation. Choose assets suited to that product and output, then check the selected references before generating. Adding an asset to the library does not publish it to a listing.
