Select listings for bulk optimisation

Filter your catalogue and check exactly which products are included in a run.

The selection screen lets you choose products across your connected stores. Your selection determines which listings will receive the generated content.

Choose listings

  1. Open Optimise Listings and select Start New Optimisation → Bulk Optimisation.

  2. Use the store selector to focus on a store, or keep All Stores.

  3. Search for a product or use Filters to narrow the list.

  4. Select SEO under 65 if you want to focus on listings below that score; choose All to remove that score filter.

  5. Select each listing card you want to include. The selected-listings bar shows your current count.

  6. Select Continue to open configuration. Generation starts only when you confirm it from the configuration screen.

Listing selection controls showing All Stores, Search listings, All and SEO under 65.

Choose the store and search the catalogue. SEO under 65 narrows the results to listings below that score.

Change your selection

Select a chosen card again to remove it. Use Clear to clear the selection. Select all is useful for a filtered group, but check the displayed count before continuing. From configuration, use Back to selection to review the products again.

Choose a useful group

A low SEO score is a starting point, not the only reason to optimise. You might also select a new range, a seasonal collection or listings with outdated images. Group products with similar requirements so your shared instructions are relevant.

If a listing is missing

Check the selected store, search text and filters first. Confirm the listing appears in My Stores and that its store has finished syncing. If it is still missing, contact support with the store and product name.
