Use a Listing Optimiser workspace when each product needs its own copy or media settings. Keep up to ten listings together, review them individually, and save your progress to continue later.
A saved workspace is separate from your marketplace’s product drafts. Saving settings, generated results or review choices in Sprintr does not publish changes to your store.
Start a workspace
You need a connected store with synced listings. For shared settings and generation across a group, use Bulk Optimisation instead.
Open Optimise Listings from the side navigation. On a phone, choose Optimise in the bottom navigation.
Select Start New Optimisation → Listing Optimiser. Use Help me choose if you are unsure which approach fits the task.
Use All Stores, Search listings and Filters to find the products. Choose up to ten listings, then select Continue.
Check the current product and store in the workspace. Each listing keeps its own settings, generated results and review choices.
Choose Listing Optimiser for individual settings; choose Bulk Optimisation for shared settings across a group.
Work through each listing
Choose a product under Your listings. On a small screen, use Choose listing. Check the product and store before editing.
Use Copy to configure and review text, or Image & Video for image metadata and new media. Check the displayed credit estimate before generating.
Save your copy or metadata choices and accept the media you want to include. Use Review & Publish to review the changes for that listing.
Publish or schedule only after checking the selected changes. Return to the other listings when you are ready.
Move between copy, media and final review for the current listing. Each listing has its own choices.
Use Add listings to bring more products into the same workspace, up to its ten-listing limit. Removing a listing from the workspace does not delete the store product. Read the confirmation before removing it.
Save and resume later
Select Save for later in Workspace actions to keep every listing’s settings, generated results and review choices.
If you use Close, choose Save and exit in the confirmation. Choose Keep working to return without exiting.
To continue, open Optimise Listings → Listing Optimiser. Find the workspace under Saved workspaces and select Resume workspace. You can resume on another device while signed in to the same account.
Choose Save and exit to keep progress. Discard and exit has different consequences—read them before confirming.
Understand the different save actions
Save for later / Save and exit: keeps progress across this workspace’s listings.
Save profile: keeps reusable instructions and settings for future optimisation. It does not keep the listings or generated content; use Save for later for that. See Reuse optimisation settings and content across listings for the profile and reuse workflows.
Save Copy Choices / Save Image Metadata: includes your selected changes in the current listing’s draft for review.
Publish / Schedule: is the separate step that sends approved changes to the connected platform now or later.
Discard or cancel carefully
For a workspace you have already saved, Discard and exit restores the last Save for later checkpoint. Listings added since that save are removed from the workspace. For an unsaved workspace, it cancels that workspace. Read the displayed confirmation; neither action undoes content already published or scheduled.
The Listing Optimiser tab also provides workspace cancellation and history. Cancelling moves the workspace to history. Use Show history to inspect previous work; the available action depends on its status. If generation is running, save and exit to keep progress, or wait before discarding.
If you cannot continue
Another tab is editing this session: you can review the workspace here. To leave this read-only view, select Close, then Leave workspace. Work already saved stays in the workspace. To edit here, save and close the other editing tab first; use Take over editing only when you intend to move editing to this tab.
A save fails: keep the workspace open, read the error and retry the displayed save action. Do not assume a failed save created a new checkpoint.
Review & Publish is unavailable: save copy choices or metadata, or accept a media change first. Check the explanation beside the control.
A listing is missing: check the store and filters, confirm it appears in My Stores, and allow syncing to finish.
Leave workspace closes the read-only view. It keeps work already saved; it does not save unsaved changes in another tab.
