Start a Bulk Optimisation run

Choose your outputs, customise the brief, and check the estimated credits.

Start with a small group of products when you are trying a new brief. This makes it easier to judge the copy and media before applying the same approach to more listings.

Start and configure

  1. Open Optimise Listings and select Start New Optimisation → Bulk Optimisation.

  2. Select the listings you want to work on, then select Continue.

  3. Choose your outputs: Copy, Generate new product images, Optimise metadata for existing images and, where available, Videos.

  4. For copy, select the fields you want rewritten. Options depend on the connected platform; WooCommerce includes title, description and short description.

  5. Set the number of images or videos per listing when those outputs are on.

  6. Review Advanced customisation, including copy details, image generation and per-listing adjustments.

  7. Check the run summary, selected listing count and estimated total. Select the Generate button when you are ready.

Choose the fields supported by your selected listings. Before generating, review the estimated total in the run summary.

Reuse a brief

Use Save / Update to save a configuration profile, and Apply a saved profile to reuse one. Review the selected fields, model, quantities and references after applying a profile so that they fit the products in this run. See Reuse optimisation settings and content across listings for saved profiles and the individual-workspace reuse controls.

Before you start

  • Choose accurate product images and provide any details that must be preserved.

  • Check that your available credits cover the estimate.

  • Keep claims such as materials, certifications, dimensions and guarantees grounded in your product information.

What happens next

The run moves to generation. Return to the dashboard to follow its progress. Once it is ready, review and approve the results before publishing.
