Store Integrations: connect stores and manage store preferences

Explains how to use Store Integrations to connect stores, add another store and edit store preferences including target markets, competitor list (up to four), and competitor data sources (Google Shopping plus optional Amazon/eBay).

Updated yesterday

The Integrations page is where you connect your ecommerce platform(s) to Sprintr and manage the store-level settings that power syncing, analysis and competitor benchmarking.

What you can do in Integrations

From Store Integrations, you can:

  • See which stores are currently connected

  • Connect a new store (where supported)

  • Add additional stores under an existing platform (e.g. another WooCommerce store)

  • Edit store preferences that affect competitor data and market context

Marketplace Integrations

Each integration tile shows the platform (e.g. WooCommerce, Shopify) and your connection status.

Common actions you’ll see:

  • Add Another Store (if you already have one connected under that platform)

  • Edit store preferences (to manage target markets and competitor settings)

Add another store

If you select Add Another Store, Sprintr will confirm that you’re about to return to the onboarding flow to connect and configure a new store.

  • Select Continue to proceed

  • Select Cancel to stay on the Integrations page

Edit store preferences (market + competitors)

Selecting Edit store preferences opens a guided flow with three steps:

  1. Target markets (countries)

  2. Competitors

  3. Marketplace sources (Google Shopping + optional Amazon/eBay)

These settings control how Sprintr collects and interprets competitor context for your listings.

Step 1: Set your target markets (countries)

Choose the country or countries where you sell your products. This ensures Sprintr looks for competitor information in the right markets, rather than using irrelevant results.

  • Select one or multiple countries

  • Use the search field to find countries quickly

  • Click Next to continue

Why this matters: competitor pricing and availability can vary significantly by country. Target markets keep pricing and competitor insights grounded in your actual trading regions.

Step 2: Add/edit your competitors (up to 4)

Add up to four competitors that best represent who you compete with in the market. Sprintr uses these competitor names to improve relevance when searching for comparable listings.

  • Add competitor names (up to 4)

  • Remove a competitor by clicking the × on the chip/tag

  • When you’re done, click Next

Tip: Choose the competitors a customer would genuinely compare you to (not aspirational brands that don’t overlap with your buyer).

Step 3: Choose marketplace sources for competitor search

In this step, you choose which sources Sprintr should use to look for competitor listings.

  • Google Shopping is always enabled

  • Optionally enable:

    • Amazon

    • eBay

When finished, click Save Changes.

When changes take effect: Updates apply the next time Sprintr runs competitor analysis, so it may take a short period for your insights to reflect the new settings.

Best practice for competitor settings

  • Keep target markets accurate (add/remove countries as you expand or focus your sales regions).

  • Use competitors that match your typical price point and product category.

  • Only enable Amazon/eBay if they’re genuinely part of your customer’s comparison set—this keeps benchmarking relevant.

Troubleshooting

I changed competitors/markets but nothing looks different yet
Competitor settings take effect when the next analysis run completes. If you’ve just made changes, allow some time for refresh.

I can’t find an integration
Some integrations may be marked Coming Soon, meaning they’re not currently available to connect.

We sell in multiple countries — can I select more than one?
Yes. Add all relevant target markets so competitor context matches where you trade.
