Draft marketing content with Sprintr AI

Prepare campaign ideas and copy using accurate product facts and a clear brief.

Sprintr AI can help you prepare email campaign copy and product-focused marketing ideas. Start with a defined product, audience and purpose, then review the draft before using it.

Prepare the brief

  1. Open Sprintr AI and choose Grow faster, then Create an email campaign, or type your request.

  2. Identify the product or store and the audience you want to reach.

  3. State the purpose, such as introducing a product or reminding customers about a verified offer.

  4. Supply the tone, length, call to action and any facts or phrases that must be included.

  5. Ask Sprintr to avoid unverified claims and to flag missing details rather than inventing them.

Example brief

“Draft a short email introducing our three-piece beeswax candle set to existing homeware customers. Use a calm, warm tone. Include a subject line and a link-to-product call to action. Do not add a discount, burn-time claim or delivery promise.”

Refine the draft

Ask for a shorter version, a different subject line or wording for a particular audience. Keep refining in the same conversation so the product and campaign context stays together. For reusable brand tone, create a brand voice note in Asset Manager and select it in your listing-copy workflow.

Review before using it

  • Confirm the exact product, materials, price and availability.

  • Check any discount, deadline, delivery promise and return-policy wording against the offer you actually provide.

  • Replace or verify links and the call to action.

  • Check the final tone and formatting in the tool where the campaign will be sent.

Drafting campaign copy does not by itself send an email. Use your campaign tool’s own review and sending workflow. For live product-copy changes, use the Listing Optimiser or Bulk Optimisation, save the field choices and complete publishing or scheduling.
