Reuse a good brief or selected content when products share a real requirement. Choose the parts to carry over, check the destination products, and review the replacements before saving them to their drafts.
Choose what you want to reuse
Save profile: keep selected copy, image or video settings for future Listing Optimiser workspaces or Bulk Optimisation runs.
Copy settings / Paste settings: transfer selected parts of the copy brief between listings in the current workspace.
Copy to other listings / Add to other listings: copy chosen text fields or a generated image into other listing drafts.
Save for later: keep workspace progress, including listings and generated results. Use this in addition to a profile when you need to continue the same work.
Save a reusable profile
Open the source listing in your Listing Optimiser workspace and check its settings.
Select Save profile in Saved profiles. Check the product shown under Settings from.
Give the profile a descriptive name. Under Include in profile, select the copy, image or video settings you want to keep.
Select Save profile. This saves instructions and settings, rather than the listings or generated content.
Include only the sections you want to reuse. Use Save for later to preserve generated content and workspace progress.
Apply a saved profile
Select Apply saved profile and choose a profile. If none are listed, save one from a listing’s settings first.
Under Settings to apply, select the sections to replace. Choose this listing, all listings in the workspace, or selected listings as appropriate.
Select Review replacements. Compare current settings with the proposed replacements for each destination.
Select Apply selected settings only when the replacements fit those products. Check each listing’s brief before generating.
In Bulk Optimisation configuration, use Apply a saved profile for the selected group. Applying a profile does not generate content or publish changes. Updating a saved profile affects future applications; existing drafts keep their current settings.
Reuse selected copy settings
In the source listing’s Copy → Copy setup, select Copy settings.
Choose the groups to copy, such as listing length, tone or brand voice notes. Review Settings to copy, then select Copy settings.
Choose the destination listing and select Paste settings. Review the current and proposed settings before confirming Paste settings.
To reach several destinations together, open More settings reuse options → Apply settings to other listings…. Choose the products, preview the changes, then confirm the displayed apply action.
Reuse shared style selectively. Keywords, product facts, certifications and policies may need different values for each destination.
Blank source values do not clear destination settings. Auto length adapts to the destination platform. Reused settings are used next time you generate copy; they do not replace existing copy or images by themselves.
Copy reviewed content into other drafts
For text, use Copy to other listings… in the copy preview. Choose only the fields that genuinely suit the destination products.
For a generated image, use Add to other listings… on that image. Check that the image accurately represents every destination product.
Choose the destination listings and select Preview changes. Compare the proposed changes for each product.
Confirm Copy selected fields or Add image to drafts only after reviewing the preview. Open each destination’s final review before publishing or scheduling.
Copying content changes listing drafts; it does not publish or generate new content. Never copy another product’s dimensions, materials, compatibility or other factual claims without checking them.
If a destination or profile is unavailable
A listing marked Busy or read-only cannot receive copied content while it is unavailable for editing. Finish the other operation or save and close the other editing tab first.
If no destinations are available, add another appropriate listing to the workspace and check its access state.
If a profile changed or was removed while you were reviewing it, choose it again and review the replacements.
If saving fails, keep the workspace open, read the error and retry before assuming the changes were kept.
