Review is where you decide which generated changes are suitable for your customers. Work through each listing before publishing or scheduling the approved results.
Open and review a listing
Open Optimise Listings → Bulk Optimisation and select the card for a run marked Ready to review.
Choose a listing from the list on the left.
Compare the current and AI-optimised copy field by field. Choose Keep current or Use optimised for each field.
Edit generated wording where needed. Use the description’s Edit and Preview views to check both text and presentation.
Review new images and any existing-image metadata. Accept or reject images individually, and check titles and alt text.
Select Approve & next when the listing is ready, or Skip if you do not want to approve it.
Continue until you have reviewed the listings you want to publish.
Review each field and image before approving the listing.
Fix a result without accepting it
Use the available Regenerate controls for copy or media that needs another attempt. For an image, Edit with prompt lets you describe a specific correction. Check any displayed credit cost before generating again. Use Enlarge to inspect small details.
Review image metadata
Alt text should describe the actual image clearly, without keyword stuffing. On WooCommerce, review may show image title and alt text for supported updates, while caption and description are marked for manual updates in the WordPress Media Library. Follow the instructions shown for each field.
Understand the score preview
The estimated SEO score helps you compare the proposed content. It is an estimate of the selected changes, not a guarantee of search ranking, sales or the final score after your store syncs.
Approval and publishing
Approval marks your selected changes as ready. Use Schedule & Publish for the next step; approving alone does not publish them. Check the approved and skipped counts before continuing.
