Schedule approved bulk changes

Choose a future date and time, check each store’s timezone and confirm the schedule.

Schedule a reviewed bulk run when you want approved changes to go live later, such as a launch morning or the start of a promotion.

Create the schedule

  1. Finish reviewing the run and approve the listings you want to include.

  2. Select Schedule & Publish.

  3. Check the included listings, copy fields and media. Read any Blocked or Will replace labels.

  4. Choose a future date and time in the scheduling dialog.

  5. Check the displayed store timezone. For several stores, read the per-store time breakdown before confirming.

  6. Confirm the schedule, then open Scheduled Updates to check that the expected items are listed.

Understand the time you choose

Scheduling uses the store’s timezone shown in the dialog. With stores in different timezones, the selected wall-clock time can correspond to different actual moments for each store. Use the displayed breakdown to verify the intended go-live time; do not assume one account timezone governs all stores.

When a listing already has a schedule

A Will replace notice means the new schedule can replace an existing pending update for that product. Check the existing date and intended content before accepting the replacement. A blocked listing is excluded from the schedulable set; read its reason before proceeding.

Check and manage the result

Open the scheduled item to inspect its included fields and media. Pending items can offer Reschedule, Push now or Cancel, depending on their status. Sprintr locks changes while publishing is in progress. After completion, use View on store to verify the result.

Completed scheduled update showing its go-live time, lifecycle and store timezone

The saved update records what will change and the timezone used for its go-live time.

Before the scheduled time

Keep the store connection working and check any Needs attention message. If the store content changes after preparation, Sprintr may hold the update for review rather than applying older prepared content automatically. Follow the reason and recovery action shown on that item.
