Publish approved bulk changes now

Check the approved scope, publish it and verify the result on your store.

Publish a bulk run after you have reviewed and approved the listings you want to change. The approved selections determine what Sprintr will attempt to publish.

Before publishing

  • Check the Current and AI optimised copy for every included field.

  • Accept only media you want to use and check its metadata.

  • Read platform-specific notices about manual metadata or media uploads.

  • Review the approved listing count and exclude products that are not ready.

Publish now

  1. Open the run from Bulk Optimisation and finish the listing reviews.

  2. Select Schedule & Publish when the approved selection is ready.

  3. Review the selected listings and scope in the publishing dialog. Check any Blocked or Will replace notice.

  4. Choose Publish now to apply the eligible changes immediately.

  5. Follow the reported result for each listing. Check the updated products on the connected store.

Bulk review showing field-level choices and the Schedule and Publish action

The final publishing action uses the approved selections from your reviews.

If the action is unavailable

Check that the run has finished generating and that at least one listing is approved. Resolve required review choices or blocking messages. Generating content alone does not approve or publish a listing.

If only some listings succeed

Read the result for each product. Confirm successful changes on the store before retrying anything that may already have gone live. Resolve a connection or credit issue using the action Sprintr presents. If the result is uncertain, include the run and listing details when contacting support.

Verify the final appearance

Check copy formatting, image order, product accuracy and supported metadata on the storefront. Complete any manual-upload steps. Use the product’s History tab to inspect the recorded change or review an eligible revert.
