Scheduled Updates brings together future and previous optimisation updates. Use it to check what is planned, review publishing results and resolve an item that needs attention.
Find an update
Open Scheduled Updates from the left navigation.
Choose Scheduled for updates waiting to publish, publishing now or needing attention; History for completed, failed or cancelled updates; or All for both.
Use Search updates to find a listing, store or content type. Choose Sort by to order the results by scheduled date, name, store or status.
Open a single update, or choose View listings on a bulk group to inspect each listing’s outcome. A group can contain a mix of completed, failed and cancelled items.
Check the status, included fields and media, lifecycle and displayed store timezone. A scheduled time is the planned time; use the status to confirm whether publishing completed.
Filter the updates in step 2, then search or sort in step 3. This example has historical updates and no upcoming scheduled items.
Manage a pending update
Reschedule: choose a new future date and time, check the timezone and confirm.
Push now: publish the prepared update immediately after reviewing its scope and confirmation.
Cancel: stop the pending update from publishing; review the confirmation. Cancelling a pending update does not undo a previously completed store change.
Bulk groups: group controls apply to eligible items in that group. Check individual item statuses, especially when some have already completed.
Understand status and available actions
Actions depend on the current status. An update is locked while it is running. A completed item offers View on store. A cancelled or blocked item can offer a recovery route such as Re-optimise or Reopen draft. Use the action on the item rather than treating every historical update as editable.
Resolve Needs attention or a failure
Read the reason on the item.
For an expired connection, reconnect the store using the offered control. For a credit block, review your balance and billing settings.
If newer store content conflicts with the prepared update, compare it before choosing whether to apply the prepared version or re-optimise.
Use Retry, Retry sync or Retry analysis only when Sprintr offers that action for the failed stage.
If the publishing outcome is uncertain, check the live product first. Confirm I checked the live listing only after doing that check.
If the page says updates could not be refreshed, the displayed rows may be out of date. Reload the page before acting. A failed follow-up sync or analysis does not necessarily mean publishing failed. Check the item’s explanation and live listing before applying changes again.
When nothing is scheduled
Optimise a listing or approve a bulk run, then choose scheduling during final review. A generated draft will not appear as a pending scheduled update until a schedule has been confirmed.
