Find account and store settings

Know where to change connections, goals, costs, profile details and billing.

Sprintr separates settings by the task you are doing. Open the account menu at the top of the workspace for account and store controls; use the main navigation for the main product workflows.

From your account menu

  • Stores: connect stores, inspect syncing and edit competitor and selling-market preferences.

  • Goals: rank your business priorities.

  • Account: manage profile details, email addresses and available security controls.

  • Billing: review your plan, invoices, credits, PAYG and budget settings.

  • Optimise Listings: open the hub for Bulk Optimisation and saved Listing Optimiser workspaces.

  • Show Me Around: open the optional guided introduction to Sprintr.

  • Video Tutorials: open short task videos, written quick guides and transcripts.

  • Help: open the help centre.

Account menu learning controls: Show Me Around, Video Tutorials and Help.

Open a tour, choose a task tutorial or visit the help centre from your account menu.

For the tutorial steps, see Learn your way around Sprintr.

From the main navigation

  • Profit & Costs: manage margin targets, reusable costs and the store’s margin calculation.

  • Asset Manager: organise reusable images and brand guidance.

  • Optimise Listings: start shared bulk runs or work through listings individually in a saved Listing Optimiser workspace.

  • Scheduled Updates: inspect pending updates and publishing history.

On desktop, use the side navigation. On smaller screens, choose Optimise in the bottom navigation for Optimise Listings. Choose More for Profit & Costs, Asset Manager and Scheduled Updates.

Mobile More menu with Profit and Costs, Asset Manager and Scheduled Updates.

Choose More to open these workspaces on your phone. Choose Optimise in the bottom navigation to open both optimisation options.

Before saving a setting

Check whether the setting applies to your account, a particular store or selected listings. Read the displayed scope and confirmation. A saved cost or target can require a separate application step; a supported unit-cost sync can affect the connected store as well as Sprintr.

For saved individual work, see Save and resume listing optimisation workspaces.
