Open your account menu and select Billing to review your Sprintr subscription and AI usage. You can also select the credits balance in the workspace header.
Choose Credits & budget to review your allowance, PAYG and spending cap; Plan & invoices for your subscription, payment method and invoices; or Usage history to investigate individual operations.
Choose the section that matches the billing task you want to complete.
Manage your subscription and invoices
Choose Plan & invoices, then review the options available for your account.
Your personal account plan: shows the current plan, included monthly credits and available payment information.
Manage subscription: opens the plan options. Review the price, billing period, limits and confirmation before making a change.
Update payment method: appears when supported for your billing setup; complete the provider’s payment form.
Cancel subscription: opens a confirmation. Read the effective date and access consequences before confirming.
Billing History: shows available past invoices and download controls. An empty history means no invoices are shown for the current account.
Read your credit usage
In Credits & budget, Usage Summary shows included credits used and remaining, overage credits, pending charges and the next reset date. The plan and usage screens provide the current allowance and rate for your account. Image and video generation costs can depend on the selected model and output quantity; check the estimate before generating.
Understand Pay-As-You-Go
When PAYG is enabled and available, usage beyond the included allowance can create additional charges at the displayed rate. When it is disabled, paid generation stops when available credits are exhausted. Disabling PAYG does not remove charges already incurred; read the confirmation and pending charge.
Set a spending cap and alerts
In Credits & budget, find Budget Cap Settings and enter the Monthly Budget Cap for PAYG spending.
Choose whether to receive emails as usage approaches the cap.
Adjust the alert points or add another alert where offered.
Select Save Changes and check the saved settings.
Budget Cap Settings appears when PAYG is enabled. Leaving the cap empty means no monthly cap is set. The displayed cap stops further eligible usage when reached; an alert warns you as you approach it. Do not treat an email alert as a separate spending limit.
Check a charge or blocked generation
Choose Usage history to inspect the operation type, credits, source, cost and status. For blocked generation, check the remaining balance, PAYG setting, cap and any payment message. For an unexpected charge, contact support with the date and usage row or invoice reference; do not send full card details.
