Manage your profile and account security

Update profile details and find the available email, password and account controls.

Open your account menu and select Account to manage your sign-in profile. The available controls can depend on how you created and access the account.

Update your profile

  1. Select Profile.

  2. Choose Update profile to edit the available details.

  3. Review the changes and complete the form’s save step.

  4. Use the email-address controls to add or manage an address where supported, and complete any required verification.

Review account security

Select Security to inspect the available password and active-device controls. If Update password appears, follow its verification and password-change prompts. Accounts that use a connected sign-in provider may have different available options.

Security settings with the Update password control

Open Security to find the password controls. Complete any verification requested by your account.

Manage subscriptions

Use Billing from the account menu for the Sprintr plan, invoices, credits and budget controls. The account screen also has a Subscription section; use the main Billing page to inspect Sprintr’s usage details.

Before deleting an account

Account contains a Delete account section. Read the displayed consequences and confirm the account before proceeding. Account deletion is different from removing one store connection or cancelling a subscription. Contact support if you need help understanding the effect on your connected stores or billing.

If you cannot sign in

Use the sign-in recovery options for your chosen sign-in method. Check that you are using the same email or connected account as before. Contact support through the help centre if access remains blocked; do not send passwords or verification codes.

If WooCommerce cleanup needs your help

If you receive an email titled Remove Sprintr from your WooCommerce store after deleting your Sprintr account, Sprintr could not reach the stored site address to remove its settings. If the store has moved or comes back online, follow that email’s instructions to remove the old Sprintr webhooks and revoke the REST API key it used in WooCommerce. Contact support if you are unsure which settings belong to Sprintr.
