Bulk Optimisation: prepare changes for several listings

Choose listings, generate copy or media, and review every change before publishing.

Use Bulk Optimisation when you want to improve several product listings together. You choose the listings and content, review the generated results, and decide what to publish now or schedule for later.

How a run works

  1. Configure: choose listings, copy fields, images, videos and any custom instructions.

  2. Generate: Sprintr creates the content you requested.

  3. Review: compare the results with your current listings, keep or edit the changes you want, and approve the listings.

  4. Publish or schedule: choose when approved changes should go live.

Generating content does not publish it. Review factual claims, prices, product details and media before you approve changes.

Active optimisation filters showing All active and Ready to review. Callout 1 identifies Ready to review.

On the Bulk Optimisation tab, use Ready to review to find generated content that needs your approval. Callout 1 identifies the filter.

Find a run

Open Optimise Listings from the side navigation and select the Bulk Optimisation tab. Under Your active optimisations, choose All active, Ready to review, In progress or Needs attention. Open Review changes on a ready run to inspect its results. Expand Your optimisation history to revisit previous outcomes; use Search previous runs, Status and Sort by to narrow the list.

Check the cost before generating

The run summary shows your selected outputs and estimated credit total. Copy and supported existing-image metadata are shown as included in the current configuration. New images and videos show their credit cost. Use the estimate displayed for your chosen model and quantity before starting; changing these options can change the total.

When to split a run

Group products that need similar instructions. For example, run seasonal homeware together and clothing separately. Use per-listing adjustments when a product needs a different primary image or brief.

Choose bulk or individual optimisation

Choose Start New Optimisation → Bulk Optimisation when a group needs shared settings. Choose Listing Optimiser when each product needs its own brief, copy or media choices and you want to save progress across up to ten listings. See Save and resume listing optimisation workspaces.
