After you start generation, use the Bulk Optimisation dashboard to follow the run and return to its results.
Find the current status
Open Optimise Listings and select the Bulk Optimisation tab.
Under Your active optimisations, choose In progress to follow generation or Ready to review to inspect available results. Use Needs attention for runs that need investigation.
Identify the run by its name, listing count, content types and start time. A ready count is separate from any failed listing count.
Select Review changes on a ready run to open the review.
On the Bulk Optimisation tab, use Ready to review to find generated content that needs your approval. Callout 1 identifies the filter.
While generation is running
You can continue working elsewhere in Sprintr and return to the dashboard. Keep the run in progress if you still want its results. The time needed depends on the selected outputs and listing count; the status in Sprintr is more useful than a fixed completion estimate.
If a run needs attention
Open the run and read the displayed explanation. Check the affected listing and output before retrying any available action. If the message is unclear, contact support with the run name, start time and affected product. Include the error text rather than starting repeated duplicate runs.
Cancel or revisit a run
When cancellation is available, the card offers Cancel run. Read the confirmation before continuing. Expand Your optimisation history for previous outcomes, then use Search previous runs, Status and Sort by to find a run. A cancelled or failed run may offer removal from the dashboard; removing its card does not undo changes already published.
What a ready status means
Ready content is available for your review. It does not mean the changes are live in your store. Publishing or scheduling happens after review and approval.
