Starting a Bulk Optimisation run

Learn how to open Bulk Optimisation, start a new run, and return to previous runs.

Starting a Bulk Optimisation run

Bulk Optimisation lets you optimise multiple listings in one run.

You can start a new run from the My Stores page, from your account dropdown, or from the main Bulk Optimisation page.

You can also return to previous runs that are ready to review, completed, or cancelled.

Where to start Bulk Optimisation

There are two main ways to open Bulk Optimisation.

From My Stores

On the My Stores page, select the Bulk Optimisation button.

This is useful when you are already browsing your listings and want to start improving several products at once.

From here, Sprintr opens the Bulk AI Optimisation flow and asks you to select the listings you want to optimise.

From the account dropdown

You can also open Bulk Optimisation from your account menu.

Select your profile dropdown in the top-right of Sprintr, then choose:

Bulk Optimisation

This takes you to the Bulk Optimisation page, where you can start a new run or return to previous ones.

The Bulk Optimisation page

The Bulk Optimisation page gives you an overview of your bulk runs.

From here, you can:

  • start a new optimisation

  • open runs that are ready to review

  • view recent completed runs

  • see cancelled runs

  • continue work that has not yet been applied

This is useful because bulk runs can take time to generate, especially if you are creating images or videos.

You do not need to stay on the generation screen the whole time. You can return to the Bulk Optimisation page later and continue from there.

Active runs

The Active Runs section shows bulk runs that still need your attention.

For example, you may see runs marked as:

Ready to review

This means Sprintr has finished generating the selected copy, images, or videos, but nothing has gone live yet.

You still need to open the run, review the results, and approve what should be applied.

An active run card may show:

  • number of listings included

  • when the run was started

  • what was generated, such as Copy, Images, or Videos

  • how many listings are ready to review

Select the run to continue reviewing it.

Recent runs

The Recent Runs section shows previous bulk runs.

These may include runs that are:

  • completed

  • cancelled

  • previously optimised

A completed run means the approved changes have already been applied or processed.

A cancelled run means the run was stopped and no approved optimisation was applied from that run.

Starting a new run

To begin a new bulk run, select:

Start new optimisation

Sprintr will open the listing selection screen.

From there, you can choose the products you want to include, then configure what Sprintr should generate.

What happens next

After starting a new optimisation, the flow has three main stages:

  1. Configure
Choose listings and set up what Sprintr should generate.

  2. Generate
Sprintr creates the selected copy, images, or videos.

  3. Review
You review and approve the results before anything goes live.

Nothing is published when you start a run.

Sprintr only applies changes after you review and approve them, then choose to publish or schedule them.

When to start a new bulk run

Bulk Optimisation is useful when you want to update several listings at once.

For example, you may want to:

  • improve listings with low SEO scores

  • refresh old product descriptions

  • create new lifestyle images for a group of products

  • generate short videos for multiple listings

  • apply a consistent tone or brand voice across a product range

  • prepare several listings for a seasonal campaign

  • optimise products from one store or across several stores

For smaller edits to one product, Single Listing Optimisation may be more suitable.

For repeated work across several listings, Bulk Optimisation is usually faster.

What you should take away

You can start Bulk Optimisation from either the My Stores page or the account dropdown.

The Bulk Optimisation page lets you manage your runs, return to results that are ready to review, and start new optimisations.

Sprintr’s aim is to let you work on many listings at once without losing control of what gets reviewed, approved, and published.
