Tracking a Bulk Optimisation run
After you configure a Bulk Optimisation run and select Generate, Sprintr starts optimising the selected listings.
This is the generation stage.
Sprintr may be creating SEO copy, images, videos, or a combination of all three, depending on what you selected during setup.
You do not need to publish anything at this stage. Nothing goes live while Sprintr is generating results.
What happens during optimisation
During this step, Sprintr works through each selected listing and generates the outputs you requested.
Depending on your run, this may include:
rewriting SEO copy
generating new listing images
generating product videos
creating image metadata, such as titles, alt text, captions, or descriptions
preparing the results for review
The run progresses listing by listing.
Progress bar
The optimisation screen shows overall progress for the run.
You may see:
how many listings are complete
how many listings are still being processed
the percentage completed
the status of each listing
For example, Sprintr may show that 2 of 3 listings are complete and the run is 67% finished.
This helps you see whether the run is still active or nearly ready to review.
Listing status
Each listing in the run has its own status.
You may see statuses such as:
Generating
Sprintr is still creating the requested copy, image, or video outputs for that listing.
Ready
Sprintr has finished generating the results for that listing.
Error
Something went wrong while generating one or more outputs for that listing.
The run can continue even if one listing takes longer than the others.
You can leave the screen
You do not need to stay on the optimisation screen while the run completes.
You can close the window or continue using Sprintr. Sprintr will keep working in the background.
When the run is ready, Sprintr will notify you in the app. You may also receive an email notification telling you that the results are ready to review.
You can then return to the Bulk Optimisation page and open the run.
In-app notifications
Sprintr’s notification area shows updates about your bulk run.
Use this to see when a run has finished and is ready for review.
This is especially useful for larger runs or runs that include image and video generation, which may take longer than copy-only optimisation.
Email notifications
Where enabled, Sprintr may also send an email when your run is ready to review.
This means you can start a bulk run, leave Sprintr, and come back later when the results are ready.
Cancelling a run
During the optimisation step, you may see an option to cancel the run.
Use this if you no longer want Sprintr to continue generating results for that batch.
If a run is cancelled, unfinished listings will not move forward to review.
Any completed results may not be available depending on when the cancellation happens.
If a listing has an error
If a listing has an error during optimisation, Sprintr will show an error message for that listing.
An error may happen if:
an image or video could not be generated
an asset could not be processed
the listing data was incomplete
a platform or connection issue interrupted part of the run
the generation service could not complete the requested output
Where available, Sprintr will let you retry the failed item.
If retry is not available or the issue continues, you can continue with the rest of the run and review the listings that completed successfully.
What happens when optimisation is complete
When the run is complete, Sprintr moves the results into the Review stage.
At that point, you can review each listing’s generated copy, images, and videos before approving anything.
Nothing goes live automatically when optimisation finishes.
The next step is always review and approval.
What you should take away
The optimisation step is where Sprintr generates the copy, images, and videos you requested.
You can watch the progress, leave the screen while it runs, and return when Sprintr notifies you.
If a listing has an error, Sprintr will show the issue and allow retry where available.
Nothing is published during this step. Changes only move forward after you review and approve them.
